SAP HCM Consultant
for Integrated Services Division
SAP HCM Consultants with specific experience in payroll and time management are needed for the Integrated Services Division. Experience with concurrent employment functionality is desirable. The successful candidates will provide ongoing customer support and must be able to
- facilitate interaction between Human Resources and IT to provide technical solutions to meet user needs and maintain established business relationships;
- determine if solutions impact existing work processes and systems and ensure proper integration;
- develop and recommend functional and technical design improvements of the system to meet the current and future needs of the organization;
- communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Computer Science or similar field and 2 years of SAP experience.
- experience developing functional analysis, designing specifications and configuration of SAP applications specifically in the areas of payroll and time management;
- knowledge of Human Resources industry best practices;
- functional and technical expertise in Human Resource Management systems (HRMS);
