SAP HCM Consultant

SAP HCM Consultants with experience in any SAP HR module
including payroll, time management and benefits are needed. 
Public Sector and concurrent employment experience is
desirable.  The successful must be able to

  • facilitate interaction between Human Resources and IT to
    provide technical solutions to meet user needs and maintain established
    business relationships;
  • determine if solutions impact existing work processes and
    systems and ensure proper integration;
  • develop and recommend functional and technical design
    improvements of the system to meet the current and future needs of the
    organization;
  • communicate complex technical concepts simply and
    effectively to non-technical team members.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Computer Science or similar field and 2 years
    of SAP experience
  • experience developing functional analysis, designing
    specifications and configuration of  SAP applications in any
    HR module especially in the areas of payroll, time management and
    benefits
  • knowledge of Human Resources industry best practices
  • functional and technical expertise in Human Resource
    Management Systems (HRMS)
