We have designed a unique service – The EPI-USE Support Contract – which we offer to customers who operate their SAP HCM System in a production environment. The Support Contract is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between EPI-USE and your enterprise, which allows you to leverage the technical support available from the EPI-USE knowledge base without maintaining a full time consulting presence.
