Today, Eric has been involved in the installation and implementation of well over 100 Time and Attendance systems in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, higher education and state and local governments. Eric joined EPI-USE in 2006 as an SAP Time Management consultant and has focused on implementing WorkForce Software over the last seven years as a Senior Implementation Consultant, Team Lead and Testing Lead. With his HR, Payroll and Time background, Eric has also acted in solution architect, project governance and quality engineer roles helping clients to maximize their WorkForce Software solution and rollout in the US and worldwide.

April Vaden
Senior Project Manager
April Vaden brings 16 years of experience owning all stages of a project lifecycle and over 10 years of HR technology expertise to the EPI-USE team as a Senior Project Manager in the Northeast WorkForce Software Practice.
April has deep expertise pertaining to project management, complex configuration, implementation, system support, testing, mentoring and leadership. April's WFS experience includes working on over 40 different WFS implementation projects in various verticals and is certified as both a Technical and Functional Consultant.
April is a graduate of Western Michigan University and currently resides in sunny St. Petersburg, FL with her husband and two spoiled English Bulldogs.
Dewald la Grange
Associate Partner & WFS National Service Line Lead
Dewald serves as National Service line lead for Workforce Management Services at EPI-USE and is a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Payroll, SAP Time, SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
Dewald has led WFS projects for the last 8 years. His 22+ years of experience includes clients such as Pacific Gas & Electric, Clark County, Boston University, City of Portland, Novartis, MUD, Lumen Technologies, and Cooper Tires.
Gillian Deane
Delivery Lead
Gill, is a pragmatic project delivery partner with over 25 years of professional practice. Gill works collaboratively with executives and their leadership teams to achieve functional outcomes by establishing trusted relationships and fostering a united purpose within the project team.
Gill is currently the EPI-USE APJ Delivery Lead and is responsible for supporting our internal Consultants across Australia; New Zealand; the Philippines, India and Singapore within the Workforce Software solution.

Mynhardt is a seasoned professional with eight years of dedicated experience in Workforce Software solutions. Vernon is a Senior Program/Project Manager with over 20 years’ of experience in various domains including WorkForce Software and SAP Human Experience Management (HCM).
