Senior Employee Central Consultant
Position Overview:
We are actively looking for some Senior Employee Central Consultants to bring on for full time positions.
The Consultant will be responsible for identifying processes within the organization and translating them to business requirements and technology requirements. This individual should also have extensive hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to guide and direct a client to successfully deploy their solution.
Some of the day-to-day duties include:
- Meet with clients to determine business requirements and define project scope.
- Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization.
- Present solutions in written or oral reports.
- Provide support for business development, and where appropriate, maintaining contact with client organizations.
- Define software, business, and system requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and provide independent, relevant, and objective advice on the use of the product.
- Develop client solutions and implement new systems.
- Train and educate clients on the proper use of the functionality.
- Prepare and lead user acceptance testing as it relates to system design.
- Design, test, configure and monitor new systems.
- Prepare documentation and present progress reports to clients and management.
- Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members.
- Able to multi-task and complete project tasks as assigned, oftentimes for multiple clients.
- Able to meet deliverables in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Able to think outside the box and utilize this information to enable teammates.
- Aid with pre-sales activities, including RFP response preparation, orals presentation support, demonstrations of functionality, and general discussions with clients on functionality capabilities and system design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- SuccessFactors/Employee Central Certification.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Commitment to project timelines and successful completion.
