UKG Solutions Consultants
Position Overview:
With all the growth coming from our UKG Practice, we are looking to add some top notch talent to the team! We are actively seeking senior level UKG Solutions Consultants with Workforce Management & Workforce Central experience for full-time positions here.
The UKG Solutions Consultant will play a key role in supporting, implementing, and optimizing UKG Workforce Management solutions, with a focus on Workforce Central and Pro Workforce Management. This individual will work closely with clients to assess their workforce needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth transition during implementation phases. The role involves both functional and technical expertise, as well as excellent communication skills to interface with clients effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consultation & Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and challenges.Conduct in-depth assessments of current systems, workflows, and business requirements.Provide expert advice on best practices and system configuration options to meet business goals.
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Workforce Management solutions, primarily Workforce Central.Ensure proper integration of UKG systems with existing client infrastructures. Customize UKG modules to fit specific client needs, including scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and labor management.
- Client Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients during and post-implementation.Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to maximize the efficiency of the solution.Develop and deliver documentation to support user adoption and system administration.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and manage risks associated with implementations.Maintain project documentation and ensure all client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Work with clients to identify opportunities for continuous improvement post-implementation.Proactively suggest optimizations and enhancements to align UKG systems with evolving business requirements.Stay current on UKG product updates, new features, and industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support related to data integration, custom reporting, and system troubleshooting. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions, specifically Workforce Management and Workforce Central.
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles, including time and attendance, scheduling, and labor optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms to clients.
