Elevating WorkForce Software integration with EPI-USE: strategies for managing growing employee populations and data complexity.

Wednesday, Apr 24, 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM (45 Min) | Diplomat Ballroom 2

WorkForce Software sits right in the middle of the HR/Payroll Landscape. Downstream from an HRIS and other source data systems, but also feeds Payroll and Finance ERPs. With that in mind, how do we solve forever growing employee populations and data complexity into, within, and out of our system? While WorkForce has robust ways to handle these elements – SAP Crystal Reports, LD Tables, and Payroll Export, EPI-USE has developed accelerators to enhance their core functionalities.

Join EPI-USE as we describe the methodologies and custom tools we've developed that enhance these elements and provide clients with greater flexibility and streamlining of their data into and out of WorkForce Software. Notably, we’re excited to unveil a prototype aimed at revolutionizing operational reporting within WorkForce Software.

How to manage post Go-Live change request governance processes and best practices.

Wednesday, Apr 24, 10:05 AM – 10:20 AM (15 Min) | Great Hall Foyer

Managing changes to a software system that has already gone live requires a well-structured and efficient process to ensure smooth transitions without disrupting the system's functionality and user experience. Stakeholder collaboration is a must for management of the roadmap for requested changes to the system for inaccurate calculations that have been identified. This would include enhancements requested by the end users, and new requirements based on changing policies or legislation.  Join Shajar and Eric of EPI-USE as they discuss the steps required to prioritize, approve, test, and implement changes to continuously improve efficiency and minimize risks associated with system updates.
