Position Overview:

EPI-USE has partnered with ADP to deploy Lyric, a next-generation, cloud-based HR platform. We have experienced strong growth over the last few years and are wanting to expand at junior and mid-levels. As a Lyric consultant you will support clients using a next-generation, cloud-based HCM platform. You will also collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and ensure seamless system performance. Key Responsibilities

As a Lyric consultant you should be able to demonstrate an initiative-taking, detail-oriented, and purposeful approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced consulting environment. This includes consultation and implementation of projects by:

• Functioning as a client-facing consultant by gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into Lyric solutions.
• Applying knowledge of current HR policies, practices, and emerging trends to align system processes with business needs.
• Supporting configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management of the Lyric solution during implementations.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients, communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Managing multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Share knowledge with clients.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in either a Bachelor’s in informatics (BCom INF), Bachelor of Information Science (BIS), Bachelor in Computer Science (BSc), or related field.
• Experience in either SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, PaySpace, Sage, Workforce Software, Workday exposure is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Office and MS Teams. Additional software capabilities in Jira and Notion would be advantageous.

Work Schedule and Location

• Full-time.
• Office access available in Pretoria and Stellenbosch (preferred proximity). (Further details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates)
