Summer internship program at EPI-USE

A summer that builds real experience — and real confidence.

At EPI-USE, we believe internships should be more than a line on a résumé.

Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students who are close to stepping into their professional careers and want meaningful, hands-on experience in a global consulting environment.

Over 8–10 weeks, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain insight into what a career at EPI-USE could look like after graduation.

This is a summer where you don’t just observe — you participate, learn, and grow.

Who this program is for

Our Summer Internship Program is primarily aimed at:

Final-year undergraduate students Final-year undergraduate students
Students completing a Master's degree Students currently completing their Master's degrees

These are students who are:

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Interested in consulting, technology, SAP, HR transformation, analytics, or business problem-solving
  • Looking for experience that genuinely prepares them for the workplace

While we primarily focus on students nearing graduation, we also consider exceptional candidates at earlier stages whose interests and capabilities align closely with our work.

What you’ll do

No two internships at EPI-USE look exactly the same — and that’s by design.

We make a strong effort to match each intern to one of their main areas of interest, and wherever possible, place them on real client or internal projects. Because our work is project-based, your day-to-day experience will reflect the team you join and the work underway at the time.

What you can expect:

  • Exposure to real consulting work
  • Meaningful tasks that contribute to actual outcomes
  • Learning through doing, not simulated exercises
  • An experience shaped by your skills, interests, and the project environment

This means your internship will be practical, varied, and grounded in real-world work.

Mentorship & support

From day one, you won’t be navigating the experience alone.

Every intern is paired with a dedicated mentor who supports you throughout the program. Your mentor is there to:

  • Guide you through your work
  • Help you navigate a professional consulting environment
  • Answer questions and offer perspective
  • Support your development as you transition from student to professional

In addition, we hold weekly touch-base sessions to ensure you’re not just delivering — but genuinely thriving. These sessions focus on:

Final-year undergraduate students Learning and development
Final-year undergraduate students Wellbeing and workload
Final-year undergraduate students Feedback and growth

We care deeply about creating an environment where interns feel supported, valued, and confident.

  • Get familiar with our culture, tools, and expectations
  • Build relationships that often last well beyond the summer

We place strong value on connection and community — because great work happens when people feel they belong.

Looking beyond the summer

While the Summer Internship Program is first and foremost a learning experience, it is also designed with the future in mind.

For many interns, this program becomes a stepping stone into a career at EPI-USE after graduation. Our approach to mentorship, project placement, and development reflects that long-term mindset — without guarantees, and without pressure.
