SuccessFactors New Onboarding

All SAP SuccessFactors clients must migrate to the new Onboarding before the end of 2025!

The current SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 will be depreciated in early 2026. Technical Considerations

  • The new Onboarding requires SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) as a foundation.
    • Full EC or a “Mini-Master” version can be implemented concurrently.
    • Full EC is required for crossboarding and offboarding.
  • Implementation of the new Onboarding module will require some retrofit for existing EC and Recruiting modules.
  • IAS (Identity Authentication Service) is required to utilize Story Reports (People Analytics) for reporting.
  • Successful implementations require the right staff with the necessary technical skills and timing.
