Senior Integration and Development Consultant (Application Management Services)

Profile Summary:

As an Integration and Development support Consultant at EPI-USE America, Inc. the candidate will be a member of the Application Management Services (AMS) Team and report to the Director of Application Management Services (AMS).

The Candidate can potentially fill multiple client support roles and in these support roles the candidate will be responsible for workshops, requirements gathering, architectural design, build and testing (unit and end-to-end testing) as well as documentation of deliverables.

The candidate must possess the ability and willingness to continually incorporate, learn and be aware of emerging technologies. The Candidate will develop, not only his own skills, but will help with training and education sessions, promoting cross-skilling in the team, being a mentor and providing guidance among the team.

The Candidate will deliver creative solutions to new processes, as well as effectively identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex technical issues. An Integration and Development Consultant will be focused on technologies, development languages and design principles like (but not limited to):

  • Full-stack Development.
  • Microservice architecture.
  • Application Development
    • SAP BTP and all its offerings and services,
    • ABAP,
    • JavaScript,
    • alternatively, something similar like Java Enterprise Development.
  • Application frameworks and libraries like:
    • Node.js,
    • SAP UI5 or jQuery.
  • EiPaaS, iPaas and PaaS Platforms like:
    • SAP BTP and all its offerings and services,
    • Cloud Elements (beneficial but not required),
    • MuleSoft (beneficial but not required),
    • Dell Boomi (beneficial but not required),
    • Talend (beneficial but not required),
    • various other integration platforms.
  • As well as other supporting practices and principles (beneficial to have, not required)
    • Security and Authentication standards,
    • Software design principles and patterns,
    • Agile Methodologies and its ceremonies,
    • User Interface design principles

Other Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer or engineering or related field, or 5-years equivalent business experience.
  • 5 or more years of SAP implementation experience.
  • Experience in at least 4 full life-cycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s HCM components and the integration points between these components as well as the other components in SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Experience developing technical analysis, designing technical specifications and development of custom SAP applications in the HCM module with strong integration experience.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits, or Payroll, and integration with other HCM components.
  • Technical expertise in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Very familiar with the Microsoft Suite of Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
